All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS, UPS, FEDEX or depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 5-7business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced packages that are marked as delivered and will not issue a refund. Also, if a customer enters the wrong delivery address we do not take responsibility for that as well and will not issue a refund, but please contact us as soon as you can to change your delivery address before your package is shipped.
